Description

Garpaz Enterprises, a commercial leasing firm, faces a looming crisis. Their occupancy rates are falling, and the owners of this small, family-owned business do not know why. The owners have asked Jake Salvosa to investigate the firm’s organizational model, culture, market activities, assets, business environment, and competitors to find out why they are losing market share. Students follow Jake’s fact-finding process and are then asked to create potential solutions to improve the short- and long-term outcomes for the organization.
