Description

Wellson Foods wants to expand beyond beverage distribution and include tropical juice processing within its business operations. The company plans to produce and sell calamansi juice to its existing Philippine markets, as well as to other countries, but must determine the best strategy to achieve this goal. Kenneth Lim, Wellson’s marketing manager, aims to differentiate the product by selecting a preservation technique that maintains the health benefits of the calamansi fruit. However, he must choose between several food manufacturing certifications.
