Description

Zone 5 Photo Studios Inc. is a photo studio specializing in the niche market of graduation photos. Zone 5 has created market share and brand recognition as a quality photo studio determined to provide excellent end results at the agreed upon delivery date. The company is considering how to expand its operations to better service the Philippines, but is facing an upswing of customer complaints, production difficulties, and pressing competition. In order for Zone 5 to keep its competitive edge in the market, it needs to address these issues and mitigate any negative effects each has had on prospective clients. From this case students will gain perspective of Zone 5’s business strategies, the Filipino photo studio/ yearbook industry, and be able to articulate a strategy for Zone 5 going forward.
