Karen Lynden is a Lecturer at the Cameron School of Business, Department of Management, University of North Carolina Wilmington, supporting the International Business and Management concentration. Her teaching philosophy is centered on experiential and project-based learning within the international business and management disciplines.

With over 20 years of higher education and industry experience, organizations have relied on her to develop and lead successful global and domestic teams while managing a broad portfolio of client accounts and projects. Her experience includes creating and facilitating travel abroad opportunities for students, as well as developing and executing organizational development programs and professional development workshops and programs.

Karen’s primary research interests include; training and development, global virtual teams, and international management topics.
